1. Rights holders and covered organizations

Depending on the origin, authorship, assignment, or license applicable to a particular work or technology, protected rights are owned by Trent DeVoy Crapo, O3 Science, Inc., or the applicable O3 Science division or affiliate. Certain legacy materials were created by Trent DeVoy Crapo and licensed for authorized use by Ozone Clean Pro and O3 Science, Inc.

2. Protected intellectual property

Protected material includes, without limitation, original or protectable portions of:

• proprietary ozone technology, system configurations, equipment integration, treatment sequences, operating procedures, application methods, performance methods, and verification practices;
• manufacturing processes, assembly practices, component selection, specifications, formulas, ratios, tolerances, quality-control procedures, testing procedures, drawings, schematics, prototypes, and improvements;
• software, applications, source code, object code, databases, algorithms, calculations, data models, system architecture, interfaces, workflows, automation, information-technology processes, configurations, and documentation;
• research files, laboratory reports, field records, organized datasets, original compilations, classifications, charts, tables, analyses, case studies, photographs, video, audio, graphics, and written explanations;
• courses, curricula, tests, answer keys, teacher materials, student materials, manuals, booklets, field forms, calculators, presentations, training systems, and certification materials;
• product and system names, trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans, trade dress, website designs, domain names, marketing materials, and other brand assets; and
• confidential commercial information, vendor and customer information, pricing structures, business methods, technical know-how, discoveries, inventions, and trade secrets.

Protection applies across O3 Science websites, applications, downloadable materials, printed publications, courses, media, products, services, internal systems, and authorized affiliate or distributor materials.

3. Ownership and reservation of rights

All rights, title, and interest in protected materials remain with the applicable rights holder. Publication, demonstration, sale, installation, training, disclosure, or permitted customer use does not transfer ownership and does not grant any license except a limited written license expressly provided by an authorized rights holder. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Prohibited uses

Unless prior written authorization is granted by the applicable rights holder, no person or entity may copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, alter, translate, remove attribution from, create derivative commercial materials from, scrape, systematically extract, or use protected materials to create or improve a competing product, service, course, database, system, or publication.

Unauthorized reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation, testing intended to duplicate proprietary functions, circumvention of access controls, removal of rights-management information, misrepresentation of O3 Science data as another party’s data, or disclosure or use of trade secrets and confidential information is prohibited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Authorized use

Customers and authorized users may access materials only for the purpose and within the scope stated in the applicable written agreement, service agreement, subscription, course enrollment, distributor authorization, employment agreement, nondisclosure agreement, or license. Access may be suspended or terminated when use exceeds that authorization. Permission for one work, system, or purpose does not authorize use of any other material or technology.

6. Research data and factual information

Scientific facts and other unprotectable facts may not themselves be subject to copyright. However, O3 Science and its licensors reserve all available rights in original selection, coordination, organization, classifications, commentary, explanations, visual presentation, databases, charts, graphics, photographs, and other protectable expression, together with contractual, trademark, patent, trade-secret, unfair-competition, and other applicable rights.

Performance data must be read with its stated equipment, method, concentration, contact time, medium, environmental conditions, verification method, and other case-specific context. No third party may represent O3 Science test results as proof of performance for a different or weaker system without written authorization and technically valid supporting evidence.

7. Patents, trademarks, and confidentiality

Nothing on this website grants a license to any patent, patent application, trademark, service mark, trade secret, confidential method, or proprietary technology. References to patented or proprietary technology do not disclose every protected feature, claim, method, specification, or manufacturing practice. O3 Science names and logos may not be used to imply sponsorship, certification, affiliation, approval, or system equivalence without written authorization.

8. Third-party rights

Third-party names, marks, documents, data, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used only as permitted by license, authorization, law, or appropriate attribution. Nothing in this notice claims ownership of third-party intellectual property.

9. Reporting infringement or requesting permission

To report suspected infringement, request permission, or ask about authorized use, contact O3 Science, Inc. at O3SCIENCEINC@GMAIL.COM or call 435-251-8881. Include the material involved, where it appears, the requested use, and sufficient contact information for a response.

10. No waiver

Failure or delay in enforcing any right does not waive that right or any other right. O3 Science, Inc. and the applicable rights holders may update this notice as their materials, technology, agreements, and legal requirements evolve.
