By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be legally able to enter an agreement or use the site under the supervision of an authorized adult or organization.

It is not a substitute for site-specific engineering, installation instructions, professional agronomic advice, medical advice, legal advice, safety procedures, laboratory verification, regulatory approval, or a signed contract.

You are responsible for accurate information, authorized use of your account, and safeguarding login credentials. The site and its original text, designs, graphics, photographs, video, audio, software, databases, research compilations, technical descriptions, educational materials, logos, trademarks, and other protected elements are owned by or licensed to Trent DeVoy Crapo, O3 Science, Inc., or the applicable affiliate or rights holder. Access does not transfer ownership or grant a license except for ordinary personal or internal business viewing as intended by the site.

Unauthorized copying, republication, commercial extraction, removal of attribution, reverse engineering, creation of competing materials or systems, or use of O3 Science data to support another company’s performance claims is prohibited. 5. Performance claims and case studies

All ozone systems are not created equal. Results depend on generation, gas preparation, conditioning, transfer, concentration, contact time, application, control, maintenance, site conditions, and verification. Laboratory results and case studies apply only to their documented equipment, method, conditions, medium, organism or contaminant, and measurement procedure. Past performance, projected savings, yield changes, water-use guidance, and return-on-investment targets are not guarantees.

6. Products, services, and transactions

Descriptions, availability, pricing, specifications, and offers may change before an order or written agreement is accepted. A website inquiry or submission does not require O3 Science to accept an order, project, applicant, distributor, student, or service request. Product, installation, warranty, payment, service, and return obligations are controlled by the applicable written agreement or checkout terms.

7. Courses and credentials

Unless expressly stated otherwise, O3 Science educational programs are private, industry-focused training and are not academic accreditation or government licensure. Course completion and company designations do not authorize regulated work or replace required licenses, insurance, supervision, experience, continuing education, or legal compliance.

8. Third-party services and links

The site may link to or embed applications, videos, payment services, stores, maps, social networks, laboratories, or other third-party services. O3 Science does not control and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general content are provided “as is” and “as available.” O3 Science does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current for every application, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, O3 Science and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from reliance on general website content. Any liability connected to a purchased product or service is governed by the applicable written agreement and non-waivable law.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless O3 Science and its applicable owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these terms, infringement of another party’s rights, or material you submit without authority.

12. Governing law and venue

Except where non-waivable law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by Utah law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding not subject to a separate written dispute-resolution agreement will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Washington County, Utah, and the parties consent to that venue and jurisdiction.

13. Changes, suspension, and severability

We may update these terms or modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue website features. The posted effective date identifies the current version. If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
